Are you really happy or you pretending to be happy?
When anyone asks you, do you feel excellent about your life? Most of the time the question remain unanswered and we move on. Although living a happier life is not that complicated, in fact it is a simple and easy attempt toward positivity.
Can’t we start living a happier life with some easy-to-do steps?
1) SMILE
yes; a smiling face is a happier face. When you smile, your soul shines and it naturally bring glow to your face. Smile helps you overcome the feeling of stress and discomfort. For example, when you see a smiling child or a person who wear smile, you overcome stress and give smile in return. Here, you feel the moment of joy. Just give it a try and you will experience the positivity in air, leads to happiness.
2) BE BEAUTIFUL
Becoming beautiful is the expression to be real YOU and to look graceful. A gorgeous body needs a shinning soul to make it a perfect blend of beautifulness. Here, another question click my mind and it says, “What makes our soul to be more beautiful?” It is the thoughts we carry in our minds and we need to harness those thoughts. Make your soul be pure, real and positive.
Looking elegant is your personal right and you should never allow this right to be challenged. Carry things that look amazing on your body, take an effective skin care and stay healthy.
3) LOVE YOURSELF
we see people around us who always show discouragement to themselves. They lose hopes easily; they get affected at once, they take everything for granted and STOP moving forward. I believe loving yourself is an inner confidence which urges you to improve, look better and aim high. Be your favorite. Make efforts to love the goodness of your personality. Have a belief in your personality that I can and I will.

4) WEAR DIFFERENT COLORS
Everyone has own choice of wearing dress and the color that suits. Wearing few colors repeatedly make you a static person so wear some brightening shades like yellow, orange etc. White is a must-have in a wardrobe. Save money and change your wardrobe after few months, seeing your budget and pocket.
5) HAVE A CONVERSATION
At times, we feel displeasure in our surroundings and we need a break. Yes, you are on point. Pick up your phone and make a call to your friend. Mostly they are friends who listen and comfort you, depending on the bonding you share with the other person. The conversation can distract you from daily routines and you start talking about other stuff at least for few minutes. If you are a girl or women, it never sticks to minutes; it would be definitely a call of more than an hour. Other than calling, start texting or messaging but take yourself out from facebook and twitter.
6) TIME TO EXERCISE
A body needs movement to get fit and active. Staying in motion and doing an activity like dance or indoor games is an exciting way keep your body in shape and motivate to exercise daily. Do not adopt any exercise as a must-to-do-job but enjoy the activity for 15 minutes daily and let your body enjoy dancing.

7) MAKE OTHERS HAPPY
We can’t feel the real happiness unless we spread the moments of joy and delight. It’s all about being kind, being helpful and being entertaining towards others. For example speak gentle words with old couple, pass a smile to a stranger, ask about your neighbor health, listen stories of other lives, play with a child, say a word of gratitude, motivate someone, hug you mom, proudly introduce your father to your friends, etc. There are many little things around us, that can bring a positive gesture and YOU be the reason of enchantment for others.
8) WEEKEND IS FOR OUTING
After working for 6 days a week, all of us need some quality time for our family and friends. Here it is, the happy weekend. Decide the places to visit and enjoy. For shopping freaks, time to go out! Watch a movie with your favorites. Give your choice a thought and entertain yourself.
9) ENJOY THE MOMENTS AND LAUGH
Enjoying moments is to create a comfortable environment where you crack funny stories, show art of giggling, sing a song with your own created lyrics, celebrate a win over your joke and live in the instant time of entertainment. This time is inestimable, it never comes back.
If we wear a mask of happiness, it is injustice to your inner soul. Live a simple but happier life.
