After the flowery spring season, summers are at the door but not so welcomed by Pakistani people as it gets too hot in summers and temperature scale goes very high. The hot summers bring watermelon and mangoes, the refreshing fruits of the season. Mango being my favorite fruit is a blessing of summer and I love having mangoes three times a dayJ
summers are arrived already before the month of May this year, the weather is extremely hot here.
The scorching flames of sun rays strike burning faces, the brain gets boiled and the sweaty hairs turn into greasier. As I take a step outside from my covered house, I feel the blazing sun rays that hit the face abruptly and alarm my mind to stay cool no matter how hot I (sun rays) turn to be.

People here suffer from extreme hours of troubling electricity load-shedding for hours so it becomes the highlighted issue of summers in Pakistan. This is one of the obvious reasons of disliking summers. The temperature rises to 40 degrees Celsius in Karachi; at times it increases to 45 whereas in the interior parts of Sindh, the minimum temperature is 44 to 45 degree celcius.

Staying calm and cool in summers is a challenging task for the people living especially in Sindh and Punjab. Though air conditioners are greater in use to overcome the heat of sweltering summery days and nights but a large society is also deprived of these technologies.
Give a try to these easy tips to relieve from hotness of summers and come forward to enjoy the blessings of hot summers.

  •  Take chilled fresh drinks twice a day (anything in liquid).
  • Take bath two or three times (make sure the water is not hot)
  • Eat less but healthy (avoid the oily food)
  • Keep fresh salads at meals.
  • Have sliced onions with vinegar (It settles the temperature of the body and protects you from blazing sun)
